Gluten Free Dinner Rolls

Bread is one ingredient on a  Gluten Free diet that is most certainly hard to come by, so why are these “rolls” allowed on a  Gluten Free diet? .

These dinner rolls are made with  Gluten Free ingredients. – The great thing about this GF recipe is the fact that the rolls are made from a combination of cheeses, almond flour, eggs, and coconut flour,

The perfect Gluten Free dinner roll.

Beat eggs until foamy.

Heat mozzarella and oil.

Combine eggs & cheese mixture

Add almond flour and mix.

Add coconut flour.

Roll into balls and add to baking sheet.

Brush with oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds (optional).

Serve warm.

Use as a breakfast bun, dinner roll or bun.

These  Gluten Free rolls are just like regular rolls.

 Gluten Free bread rolls for sandwich or side dishes

As the rolls are sprinkled with sesame seeds however, they’re great when used as a  Gluten Free  burger bun. You can also serve them warm with butter and  Gluten Free soup, stew, or broth.
