These dinner rolls are low in carbs and high in healthy fats – The great thing about this keto recipe is the fact that the rolls are made from a combination of cheeses, almond flour, eggs, and coconut flour, which are all naturally low in carbohydrates.

Beat eggs until foamy.

Heat mozzarella and oil.

Combine eggs & cheese mixture

Add almond flour and mix.

Add coconut flour.

Roll into balls and add to baking sheet.

Brush with oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds (optional).

Serve warm.

Use as a breakfast bun, dinner roll or bun.

These keto rolls are just like regular rolls.
