Keto Crab Mac and Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 cauliflower head chopped into florets
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • ¾ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • ¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • cups shredded Italian cheese blend or mozzarella
  • 2 cans crab meat drained of juice
  • 1 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning or favorite seafood seasoning

Instructions

  • Roast cauliflower on a non-stick baking sheet at 400°F for about 10 minutes.

  • Meanwhile, melt butter and cream cheese over medium heat in a large pot.

  • Add crab. Stir.
