Keto Crab Mac and Cheese

- 1 cauliflower head chopped into florets
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 oz cream cheese
- ¾ cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- ¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1½ cups shredded Italian cheese blend or mozzarella
- 2 cans crab meat drained of juice
- 1 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning or favorite seafood seasoning
Roast cauliflower on a non-stick baking sheet at 400°F for about 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, melt butter and cream cheese over medium heat in a large pot.
Add heavy cream.
Add dijon mustard.
Add shredded cheeses.
Add crab. Stir.
Pour mixture over cauliflower.
Top with extra shredded cheese and bake at 400° for 20-25 minutes.
